Scope

CYTEFIRE is currently a static content and archive website. This notice describes the website functionality present at the date shown above.

Planned hosting

The website is intended to be hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure. In the course of delivering the website, technically necessary connection data may be processed by the hosting provider, such as IP address, request time, requested resource, browser and network information, and security-related request data.

This processing would be technically necessary for website delivery, operational security and protection against abusive requests. Cloudflare activation, exact deployment configuration and retention details remain pending verification.

Cookies and session storage

CYTEFIRE does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. The website contains no advertising cookies, marketing cookies, analytics cookies or tracking pixels.

The Mature Content Gate uses browser sessionStorage under the key cytefireAgeConfirmed. It stores the value true after a visitor selects ENTER // 18+ so the notice is not repeatedly shown during the same browser session.

This confirmation is used only for the entry notice. It is not a cookie, is not used for advertising, analytics or profiling, and is not transmitted as a tracking identifier.

Analytics

CYTEFIRE does not currently use visitor analytics or behavioral tracking. The website contains no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel implementation.

Local media

Website images, downloadable PDFs and videos are served directly from the CYTEFIRE website. No YouTube, Instagram or TikTok media is embedded, so opening a CYTEFIRE page does not contact those platforms merely to display CYTEFIRE content.

External links

The website contains ordinary links to external services and websites, including Instagram, itch.io and BattleTech. Displaying these links does not itself initiate a connection to those services. If a visitor follows a link, the destination provider's privacy rules and data processing apply.

Mature content

CYTEFIRE is intended for an adult audience. The project may contain violence, sexual violence as a narrative theme, nudity and other mature subject matter. The material is presented as part of fictional storytelling, worldbuilding and visual art.

Access to the main archive is preceded by an 18+ content notice. The entry notice is a content-access acknowledgement and does not constitute identity or legally certified age verification. This privacy page and the legal notice remain available without confirming entry.
