Background
Protection as a discipline.
Isabella grew up in NewCity, a small agricultural settlement on Cyndralis II. The work around her was physical, practical and immediate. When she entered military preparation at sixteen, her instructors recognized the same qualities in her: composure, tactical awareness and a need to make herself useful where people were hurt.
She served first as an Army Medic, then advanced through the Medical Academy into field surgery, bio-engineering and military medical systems. Her training reached physician-level practice before the final formal academy certification could be completed. By 128 AO she was an E-5 Corporal leading a small Second Medic Corps field team.
An investigation into diverted weapons ended with that team destroyed and Isabella the only known survivor. With no reason to trust the chain of command, she fled. Aurora and Valentina found her stranded in the mountains before the start of the Chronicles. Shared distrust became cooperation; competence made her indispensable.
Profile
Compassionate.
Practical.
Steady.
Isabella is highly empathic without becoming passive. Under pressure she narrows her attention, works the problem and gives wounded people a stable point around which to orient themselves.
Her medical authority is structural, not symbolic. She may stop unsafe activity or abort an operation on immediate medical grounds, including overruling command. A dedicated Combat Medic implant suite supports diagnostics, instrument access and medication safety while leaving clinical judgment with her.

Assigned Frame
Bolistes
Bolistes is a thirty-ton long-range fire-support frame paired with ANGEL at the beginning of the Chronicles. Isabella’s principal expertise remains medicine; in the cockpit, however, she fulfills the frame’s battlefield role as a ranged support operator, coordinating fire and protecting the team from distance.
